Order Cancellation and Modification Policy:

                   - Customers may cancel or modify their orders within two hours of placement to prevent disruption to our order processing and potential delays. As most of our products are made to order, we kindly ask customers to email us with any concerns. Please be aware that we do not accept cancellations or modifications through phone calls or SMS messages. 

A $10 fee will be applied to canceled orders to cover the bank transaction fees associated with refunding the full payment.

We offer a 30-day Return & Exchange Policy:

If a product arrives damaged or faulty, customers are required to send a photo of the product to our email address ([email protected]) within 24 hours of receipt in order to qualify for our replacement and refund policy. Upon receiving the photo, we will promptly offer a replacement, with no need for the customer to return the original item. Should the replacement item also arrive damaged or faulty, we will provide a full refund, and the customer may keep both items.

Product replacement or refund is not applicable for personalized products, such as blankets, handheld mirror, shirts, wall art, and more, due to the following reasons:

·        Change to a bigger size or color  (size selection is clearly shown on the product page)

·        Wrong detail on the personalization (clearly shown on the product page)

To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

If you wish to return a product, please email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Returns," and include your order number, name, and reason for the return.

We will provide instructions on where to send the returned goods. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost package" situations.

Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send a confirmation email to the customer, notifying them of the status of the refund.

If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

Materials ( Jewelries )

1. All our products are made from 316L Surgical Grade Stainless Steel. This type of steel is both strong and very shiny! It's commonly used in body piercings and other quality jewelry products as it offers low reaction rates and doesn't tarnish easily

1. Gold products are plated with Real 18K Gold, using a high quality electroplating process that means it doesn't rub or flake away easily.

1. In the future, when we offer real silver or solid gold products, we'll state as such on those particular products!

1. For graphical products, the clear dome is a shatterproof liquid glass-like material that is applied by hand.

1. We do not use any paper or stickers to place designs onto our products!

Allergies

Did you know? Hypoallergenic is a marketing term with very little real meaning. 

1. Reactions only occur with very poor quality jewelry that uses cheap metal amalgams that are soft and tarnish easily!
   

1. The 316L stainless steel we use contains very little nickel, but all stainless steel contains some nickel. It's needed for durability and scratch-resistance.
   

1. If your concerned about the metal giving a bad reaction,  we've never had a report of a customer having a reaction to our products.
   

1. If theyou are adamant or very concerned about having a reaction to jewelry, We advise to make your jewelry into gold plated product, as this provides a barrier between the steel and the skin, and gold is not reactive at all.
   

Care Advice

It's fine to get our jewelry wet! Wear it in the shower or while swimming, just make sure to dry it afterwards!

Caring for our jewelry is simple, as the metals don't easily tarnish. Here are some basic tips:

1. If the item becomes dirty or tarnishes in some way, clean it using plain soap and water - drying with a soft cloth.
   

1. Before storing the item, make sure it's fully dry and is not stored in a moist environment. 
   

1. When storing, avoid storing it mixed among other jewelry, as the tarnish on those pieces may spread and damage the item.
   

1. While wearing, avoid exposure to chemicals (including cleaning agents), and avoid wearing in environments where the item may be knocked.
